Graphite and continuous casting - an ideal combination
Our customers appreciate the quality of our molds for their own production. For the production of our strip, billet or wire molds we use the material graphite, which offers ideal conditions for melting processes, such as continuous casting, and the production of other metal products.
Strip, bolt and wire graphite molds
The graphite material we use is absolutely pure and free of impurities. This makes our ingot molds versatile. The graphite ensures that, for example in continuous casting, the alloy components are evenly composed and no impurities occur. Another advantage is that the molds from our production are heat-resistant up to 1,000 degrees Celsius due to the material graphite and are therefore safe from burns. According to our customers’ specifications, we produce strip, billet or wire molds suitable for all melting processes.
